ANGER MANAGEMENT
The Anger Management module is based on a quote: “You are never angry
for the reason that you think”. Participants will be encouraged to
take responsibility for their own anger rather than apportioning blame to
others.
Scenarios and the participant's individual experiences are the primary focus
in understanding this module.
Expected learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Identify the source and real meaning of their
anger
- Understand and take responsibility for their behaviours
- Create strategies
to manage their anger in an empowering rather than disempowering manner
