COMMUNICATION CLARITY

This module deals with communication at a very different level to traditional communication courses. Level 1 addresses basic active listening, rapport building skills. Level 2 is Listening for the Feelings of others. Level 3 is Listening without Judgement and Opinion and Level 4 is Listening intuitively.

Expected learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:

• Understand the multiplicity of ways that communication takes place
• Be aware of what their own states are when listening to others
• Be more effective communicators
• Connect at an intuitive level
