PERCEPTION, TRUTH AND REALITY
Participants will explore whether the ‘truth’ is the same for
everybody, whether it is fixed or fluid, and how we can positively manage
ourselves when
someone else's truth differs from our own. Participants will explore the
vested interests we have in remaining fixed in our truth and how this can
lead to
coercion and manipulation of others.
Expected learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Develop respectful and understanding relationships
- Positively influence
rather than coerce and manipulate
- Resolve conflict more effectively
- Understand the nature of change and develop
confidence in managing it
- Expand thinking and understanding
