PERSONALITY PROFILING
Participants will be given the opportunity of learning more about themselves
through a simple, mini session, with the DiSC Personality Profile. The purpose
of profiling is to create an understanding of an individual’s preferred
way of behaving in the workplace and their strengths and challenges. The
DiSC is not a labeler but an enabler which provides individuals with the
tools to create stronger relationships in the workplace by understanding
their own and others behaviours better.
Expected learning outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Understand themselves and others from a fresh
perspective
- Identify their strengths and challenges
- Create strategies to deal more
effectively with themselves and others in a variety of situations
