ACCELERATED COACHING
The purpose of this day is to give managers information about how to coach
effectively. Participants will be provided with coaching tools and tailor
made case studies will be used to provide participants with the opportunity
to explore and experience professional coaching strategies and styles.
There will also be tips and tricks of effective coaches:
How to deal with the whinger or broken record
- Naming behaviours
- Creating boundaries
- Appropriate language
- Solution mindedness
- Paraphrasing
- Creating curiosity
