TEAM BUILDING GOURMET DELIGHTS

(Full day or Half day)

Participants work together to produce unfamiliar gourmet items using the techniques of a qualified chef.

Whether participants can cook or not, this cooking challenge engages everyone in the many facets of team performance.

The Planning Process
Through a process of consensus team members will decide what they will cook. Participants will be required to negotiate and positively influence others in their team to ensure that a win/win is created for every member of the team. Each team will be challenged on skill, willingness to learn something new and the ability to collaborate on directions, tasks and roles.

Outcomes
The expectation of this process is to create not only new culinary skills, but also ways of appreciating each other and working together. Team members will be required to plan effectively, use appropriate inclusive language, co-operate with each other, learn quickly, learn from mistakes all whilst following recipes. In addition, everyone starts as equals – there is no corporate hierarchy!
